WAPAMAMA is a free service for communication and self-expression, which respects its users' ownership of and responsibility for the content they choose to share.

Users are solely responsible for the content that they publish and for ensuring that they are in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. WAPAMAMA is not able to advise its users on the legal requirements that may apply to their account and users are urged to consult with legal counsel.

The policy contained herein is designed to protect WAPAMAMA users from content that may jeopardize a positive overall user experience, and also to protect any third parties' rights from being violated by WAPAMAMA users.

As a result, there are some boundaries on the type of content that can be hosted with WAPAMAMA. Please respect these guidelines. From time to time, we may change our content policies so please check back here.

Pornography and Obscenity:

- Any content that contains nudity, sexually graphic material, or material that is otherwise deemed explicit should be made private. Otherwise, we may put such content behind an interstitial.
- Users may not publish content or any other material that promotes pedophilia, incest, bestiality, rape sex, sex with graphic violence or degradation, excretory functions, bodily fluids, fisting and any other content which may be judged as obscene.
- Commercial Pornography: We do not allow content that exists for the purpose of monetizing porn content or driving traffic to a monetized pornography site.
- Child Pornography: We have zero-tolerance against child pornography, and we will terminate and report to the appropriate authorities any user who publishes or distributes child pornography. WAPAMAMA prohibits any content containing or referring to child pornography, including, but not limited to, any listings containing the word "Lolita" or referring to nude photographs of "girls," "teens" or "children." In no event may images of children, whether nude, clothed or partially clothed, be posted

Hateful and violent content: Users may not publish material that promotes intolerance or hate or advocates against groups based on race or ethnic origin, religion, disability, gender, age, veteran status, and sexual orientation/gender identity. Users may not publish direct threats of violence and may not advocate violence against any person or group of people. Furthemore, users may not publish any content that promotes weapons, including, but not limited to, firearms, ammunition, butterfly knives and brass knuckles.

Copyright: Copyrights are important business assets in which the copyright holder maintains exclusive rights. WAPAMAMA prohibits any content or any other material that infringes on any patent, trademark, copyright, trade secret, right to privacy, right to publicity, or any other applicable law or proprietary right to be posted on or through WAPAMAMA. Users may not promote products or services designed to infringe on a third party's intellectual property or related rights or false documents and credentials. Furthermore, users may not promote the copying or distribution of copyrighted content for which they don't have consent from the copyright holder.

Private and confidential infomation: We do not allow the unauthorized publishing of people's private and confidential information, such as credit card numbers, Social Security Numbers, and driver's and other license numbers.

Spam, malware and viruses: We do not allow spamming or transmitting of malware and viruses. Users may not promote or sell bulk marketing products, including email lists that are not opt-in, bulk email software and bulk messaging, if the stated or implied use of such products is unsolicited spam

Otherwise unlawful use of services: Our products and services may not be used for unlawful or fraudulent purposes or for the promotion of dangerous and illegal activities. WAPAMAMA prohibits any use of its services for publishing any content or other material that is illegal, fraudulent or deceptive, or that promotes any illegal, fraudulent or deceptive activity, or that infringes on the legal rights of others, and may report any such activity to the appropriate authorities.
